  • @cfreymarc probably natural causes unless you were aware that they had a heart condition or something and they shouldn't've been having sex. (Not a lawyer, not legal advice, yada.) Or you're trying something potentially dangerous like breath play, or something that might be seen as assault like flogging or spanking. "Consent of the victim" is not generally seen as a defense to assault charges.
